Friday night around 6:39 on march 27th. My mom and I had Smokey D’s for dinner it was a pick up order. I got the loaded baked potato with no bacon bits and extra sour cream. All that night I had stomach pains and nausea. And all day Saturday I have dirahha every 5 minutes and had major stomach pains all day and feeling really hot and couldn’t eat anything that whole day. I only had water most of the day. On Sunday I am still having terrible stomach pains and going to the bathroom every 5 minutes and it hurts to walk around when your stomach hurts so badly. I am still having nausea and loaded dirahha.| Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Schmerzen im Magen, Fieber
