ham egg and swiss breakfast sandwich, lemon pound cake slice, and a toasted white chocolate mocha frappachino, about 3 hours after eating i began to feel nauseous. once i got home i started to projectile vomit. after not even being able to keep water down, then came the extreme diarrhea. I am miserable. fml | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
