Ate around 1330 hours on Friday April 1, 2016. Ordered a 6" chicken teriyaki with light mayo and lettuce.It was the only thing I ate different that day from my fiancé, he did not get sick.
Symptoms started around 0430 hours on April 2, 2016.
Vomiting, diarrhea, fever of 101°.
Symptoms began to get better on April 3, around 0800 hours.
I missed two days of guard drill due to symptoms. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
