Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. Vomitting and diarhea lasted for 2.5 days. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen, Krämpfe
