I ate a number 6 combo and a bean burrito and about 12 hours later, I was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I have never felt like that before. Taco bell was the only thing I ate except for some goldfish. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
