I was treating myself to a steak quesarito for dinner. Everything seemed fine until the morning. Back to back diarrhea and vomiting for hours on end. I'm throwing up bile. I literally crapped myself. I have severe stomach cramps and feel faint- all hallmark symptoms of norovirus. When I am able to keep solids down in a week, I will never seek Taco Bell again. #farewell. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen, Galle
