I got a salad with steak on top. As soon as I ate it I felt overly full and very uncomfortable. I thought maybe I ate too much and got a coffee and a walk to help digest. About 3-4 hours later I was stricken with nasea and diahrria and laid down to sleep. Another 1-1.5 hours later I threw up the entire salad I had eaten.
