Cauliflower rice bowl with salmon, I ate the food and an hour later i had to go to the bathroom. My stomach was tight. Stool came out as diarrhea. 20-30 minutes i had to go to the bathroom again. More diarrhea. 15 minutes after that same thing happened. | Symptome: Durchfall
