I ate churros at around 7:30. By midnight, I was puking and also had diarrhea simultaneously. I went to the hospital. As soon as I got to the ER, I collapsed and then puked on the floor. My son ate orange Chicken and noodles from Panda Express around 3pm on Saturday, December 17, 2016. By 6pm he was throwing up, having cold sweats, severe abdominal cramping and hallucinating.
