McDonalds was consumed, and hours later vomiting and diarrhea were occurring and still are., Only I got sick. I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with ranch and a Sprite. It was about 2-3 hours later diarrhea s  | Symptome: Erbrechen, Übelkeit, Durchfall

Mcdonals big mac, Today and im pregnant i asked for no lettuce which i didnt recieve lettuce with was good but it made me vomit straight away and ive had bigmacs from everywhere ive went and never have had this problem. The food smelt off and the chips were also stale  | Symptome: Erbrechen, Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit

Friendly service however a terrible rotting smell. The burgers tasted funny but myself and other individual were profusely sick, to the point of needing medical care, about 4-5 hours after eating the sandwiches that both had mayo on them. My 8yr old daughter just had a cheeseburger from the McDonald's. She has thrown up 4 times and has a high fever now. She ate nothing for at least 3 hours prior and of course nothing after so although I can't prove it, i believe it's quite obvious. We will be avoiding this location.  | Symptome: Fieber, Erbrechen

Mcdonalds chicken nuggets, I was the only person in the group that had chicken nuggets. A few hours later I was feeling very ill. I went to bed at about 10:20pm and was in and out of sleep all night.
