My friend and I had a small personal pizza, hers with mushrooms, mine with pepperoni and meatballs and both with a BBQ base. I stayed at hers that night and she complained of stomach pains then spent half an hour on the toilet. Immediately after I also had to go to the toilet. We work in a sterile environment so have both had to have 4 days off work due to co tibial diarrhoea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
