Went in last Sunday to watch football. Had chicken wings and veggies/dip, and felt fine up until about 5 hours later. Violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night, and was (relatively) fine by the morning. Did not have a fever.

Hi, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Norovirus is an awful, painful illness, and has a typical incubation period of 18-24 hours, or even longer. It's possible that something you ate the previous day was the cause of your illness. Did you report the illness to the Pittsfield Health Department?
