Ate guac, med salsa, hot salsa, and chips at 11:00 am. Next day beginning at 3:00 nausea, violently vomiting, and diarrhea. Vomiting subsided at 1:00 pm, several several hours of diarrhea. I felt like I was going to die until the vomiting stopped.
