Sad to hear that. Make sure you start with clear broth, crackers and applesauce. Graduate to soft boiled chicken and mashed potatoes. Nothing healthy like veggies, fruit (except bananas) or fruit juice till tummy calms down. Google bland diet for more ideas. Has to be gradual.
