Black bean burrito for lunch. Ate and within hours had vomiting in diarrhea. I made a serious mess in office bathroom, had to leave work as soon as my stomach could settle down and rode the train home hoping for no incidents of diarrhea on the way.

I ordered a black bean burrito with guacamole. Went home and ate the burrito, few hours after began to get nauseous then went on to have severe diarrhea and vomiting. Lasted for a few hours.
