Aliment Stabile, in collaboration with the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation, has issued a recall for its CACCIATORE SALAMI DOUCE product due to potential Staphylococcus aureus contamination. The product was distributed in several establishments in the Montreal and Laval regions in Canada. The exact quantity of the recalled product has not been disclosed.The recalled product is:
- The "Cocoa Salami Sweet"
- Unitary format
- Lot number 232341.
- Vacuum-packed in a transparent plastic bag
- Sold refrigerated.
