La Fromagerie Sainte Godeleine has issued a recall for its “Fruity of Cap Gris-Nez” cheese due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The product was distributed through Okay stores in Belgium. The product has been withdrawn from sale in consultation with the AFSCA.

The recalled product is:
- The “Fruity of Cap Gris-Nez” cheese
- Sold in 230g sizes.
- The affected batches bear the use-by dates of 8/10, 12/10, and 19/10/2024
- Sales period: from 8/29/2024 to 10/9/2024 inclusive
- With the item number 8079
- Lot numbers 30524, 31424, and 32324.
- The Barcode for this product is 03770001691206.
- Producer: Sainte Godeleine Cheese Factory

Customers who have purchased this product are advised not to consume it and to return it to the store for a refund. In the meantime, all stores have removed the affected products from their shelves.
