Funing Trading Limited is recalling a specific batch of its Huaseed brand Dried Kelp Slices due to an elevated level of inorganic arsenic. The product is sold at the following ethnic grocery stores and Tai Ping Asian Supermarkets in the Auckland area.The recalled product is the Huaseed brand Dried Kelp Slices, sold in a 200g plastic package. The batch number for the recalled product is SC/T 3202.
Affected products should not be consumed. Customers should return the products to their retailer for a full refund.
