Jumbo, has issued a recall for its grated goat cheese due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The product was distributed through Jumbo's subsidiaries in Belgium.The recalled product is:
- The Geraspt Geitenkaas
- Grated goat cheese
- Packaged in 150g plastic containers.
- The product carries an EAN of 8718452749768
- Has best-before dates ranging from October 23, 2024, to January 29, 2025.
- The product has been on sale since June 23.
Jumbo is urging customers not to consume the product and return it to the store for a refund.
