The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) has issued a warning against consuming a specific carrot cream product sold by La Petite Ferme Locale in Quebec Canada due to improper storage conditions that could promote bacterial growth.The product in question is:
- The Carrot Cream,
- Sold in a unitary format.
- The target lot was sold on November 2nd and 3rd, 2024.
- The product was packaged in a glass jar with a metal lid
- Sold at room temperature at the Maison Trestler Christmas market in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
MAPAQ advises consumers not to consume the product and to return it to where they purchased it.
