Yogurt-Induced Stomach Woes - Probiotics, London England

I had an activia yoghurt with granola at lunchtime yesterday. Shortly after my tummy was hurting and it gave my diarrhoea instantly. My appetite had gone as I ate the yoghurt before my lunch was ready. My tummy continued to hurt throughout the day and into the evening. It then made me feel nauseous and I tried to sleep it off.
