Choc Muffin Causes Illness - Aldi, Calais Hauts-de-France

After eating a chocolate muffin from the self-service department around 5:30pm, I started having several diarrhoea starting at midnight. And since then very severe vomiting, diarrhea like I had never had before and that at least once every hour. In addition, I am experiencing chills, hot and cold, back pain and stomach cramps.
