Mushroom Illness: Severe Symptoms - Amazon Fresh, Irvine California

Purchased white mushrooms from Amazon Fresh on June 26th and took 3 of them out of unopened package on June 30th. Washed thoroughly as always then sliced them for topping on homemade pizza. Several hours later I got really bad stomach and intestinal pain. Next morning stir in pain I threw up and felt weak and dizzy. Weak so slept most of the day but did eat a little. The 2nd morning after, I drank water and threw up and almost fainted. Mixed up electrolytes in water snd sipped it. Was able to eat that day in small amounts. The next couple of days I was able to eat but still had stomach pain then last night, which was the 5th day after ingesting mushrooms I threw up and it was mostly like stomach acid. Decided to fast today and my stomach feels better. Hoping this will clear up soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness, Dizziness
