I was fine after the delicious dinner on Sunday night, 07/28/2024. My tummy felt bloated. However, I have diarrhea all of Monday. On Tuesday, I vomited several times, and I also had diarrhea, chills, fever, and headache. Wednesday is still feeling nauseous, has a fever, and a few trips to the toiled. Thursday, I have a couple of solid stols and a couple of diarrhea. We are a very painful stomachache..

Since Sunday night Dinner I am having sick for 4 days, went to Dr Yesterday. Dr. prescribed antibiotics and cause me allergic reaction, now have a rush in my back and core. The fever stops, but the trips to the toilet did not. Today began the strong tummy cramps.. None of those, I was from restaurant. | Symptoms: Fever, Cramps, Allergic Reaction, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain, Skin Rash
