About 2-3 hours after eating, starting feeling very fatigue and then head felt heavy into the most nauseous feeling I've had I had to stop driving & go on the shoulder. Drove to the parking lot of our destination 6 mins away w/ my husband, I could barely keep it together. I knew I was gonna throw up but it was taking time & I didn't know how to make myself throw up. So nauseous & claustrophobic and just sick to my stomach for almost an hour. The white flower oil scent helped me calm down. Rubbed it the part where my belly feels gassy, & actually pushed all the food up, and seconds later I threw up.
