I had dinner with a girlfriend at Magna Roma in Bagheria. A day later, I lay flat in bed and just threw up. Stomach aches fever body aches headaches, etc. Were the companions for the next 3 days. My girlfriend isn't doing well either. She also has stomach pain and vomits. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
