since yesterday evening .eat product around 1830 hours .went to bed approx 1030 feeling slightly unwell really did not sleep very much with stomache aches and cramps until about 2 am then the onset began severe diahorea feeling sick and unwell .feeling slightly better this morning but tired and still a bit sickly .I have cardboard wrapper with relevant details .I had not Eaten since 1030am yesterday so this was the first food since then apart from tea .? your meal I have wrapper with details and can look in bin for receipt if you need these ok. This was a ready meal purchased direct from m&s shop | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
