Suspected source: I got a quarter pounder deluxe from McDonald's last night
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: other: So far it's been 24 hrs and I'm still sick
Additional information: This is the second time I got food poisoning from McDonald's couple.onths ago I got McDonald's at a different location and got really ill | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
