Went to mcdonalds ordered a bigmac combo no salt with the grandma mcflurry and my son a 6 pc chicken mcnugget happy meal sat in the front by the door after eating not thinking i came home around 1 am 05/23/2024 i couldnt stop throwing up diarreah throwing up at least 4 galloms of vomit to where im throwing up bile im so angry | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile
