McD's Combo Causes Illness - McDonald's, Toronto Ontario

I've been eating a lot of McDonald's lately. This this I only got the feature burger combo and a side burger. About just under an hour later I had just fallen asleep because I was feeling nauseous and had some pains. I woke up and instantly had to vomit. Normally I'd be able to hold it to the bin or toilet but this time I had to hold it in my mouth! This has never happen before and I have some t $100's on McD's lately. I am extremely disappointed. I chose the Danforth location because of its better service over the Victoria Park location that is actually cheaper!!! Whats with that? Same distance different prices?? The garbage photo is from vomits over that day. I don't know how to photo the product, and the receipt was already ripped off. For surveys I assume.
