Additional information: McDonald’s is all I’ve eaten since Friday. Happened around 2 hours after and I now can’t hold any food down, being sick every 4/5 hours roughly, can’t sleep, now off work | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
