Hello, I was at this McDonald's the day before yesterday and have also been suffering from vomiting and fever ever since. That can hardly be a coincidence. Kind regards Please report the incident to the Gießen Health Department! I know of another case of vomiting and fever. We'll report it now. If a lot of people do this, there might be action!
