McDonald's Meal Illness Suspected - McDonald's, Athens Alabama

My husband ate at this McDonald’s location on Thursday, September 14th for dinner. He started showing symptoms of illness by later that night. It started out with several bouts of cramping and diarrhea. Then it happened again on Friday/Saturday. By Saturday evening he started vomiting as well. We thought back to everything he had eaten in the past couple of days and determined it must have been McDonald’s based on how soon afterwards his symptoms began and I had not eaten there and have no symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
