It was yesterday 20-01-2023. I bought the jar of Nutella around 11 am - 11:30am. And I ate a bit of Nutella with bread, bought at the same time, around 15:40pm. So I felt full to the point of nothing serious. But in the evening I was still not hungry for dinner (22:00) and I even felt indisposed. I went to bed. And it was at 00:30 that I vomited every 30 minutes until 3am, then it was 1 hour in 1 hour that I went to the bathroom to vomit. After 5:30 in the morning I started having diarrhea. My belly has been swollen since last night, as if I was pregnant all of a sudden. And now it's 13:42 and the only less painful position that causes me fewer muscle spasms in my intestines and stomach is lying down in addition.
