I ate only panago pizza on Sunday Sept 15. I ate as much as I normally do. Half a pizza. Not long later I felt tired so I went to bed. I woke up in the morning with the most intense pain in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and while sitting on the toilet my body temperature spiked and I began to sweat. 10 seconds went by and I vomited all over the sink as I was already on the toilet. For the next 2 hours I was in excruciating pain moving from the floor to laying in the bathtub twisting and turning to manage the pain. Once the pain lowered enough I went to lay down. I woke up several hours later feeling uneasy but good enough to move around. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Sweating
