I ate Quorn mince at home at 3pm, by 6pm I was feeling a bit sickly and 'off it' went to bed hoping to get up feeling better but on getting up next morning I had several bouts of diarrhea! I couldn't think how it had come on so suddenly and so looked at what I'd eaten that day, I'd only eaten 2 weetabix for breakfast but then the Quorn mince for late lunch, I googled if Quorn could cause diarrhea and came up with this site, which seems pretty conclusive that it's not suitable for all people! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
