Hello I ate a lot of special k for a month. In the evening after work it was easy no cooking, the feeling of being stalled. Result: diverticulitis, i.e. a strong intestinal infection with diarrhea, excruciating abdominal pain. 15 days bedridden in a cadaveric state. Never again!
