It's from the dye in the "marshmallows" (which are probably not actually marshmallows, but I don't know what else to call them). It's happens to me, too. I can't and never will eat Lucky Charms again since it makes me physically sick every time I eat it.

The food coloring inside of the marshmallows is linked to the green diarrhea. It's similar to eating black cake frosting and your poop comes out to be a tinge of blue or purple. The different-colored feces isn't something to be worried about as it passes with time, but the other symptoms are all related to other posts.
