Watermelon Illness: Severe Symptoms - Walmart, Phoenix Arizona

I bought the whole watermelon from bin in front of the store. I went to cut into it the next day and once I cut into it, it split open. I didn’t think anything of it but after I ate a good portion I felt bloated and achy stomach. Later that evening I starting feeling chills and then feverish which led to diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, dizziness etc. I’m on day 4 and feel better but very surprised. Never had an issue with whole watermelon before. It kept me from doing anything for a few days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Bloating
