I ate chicken strips, toast (bread), fries, and ranch. Later that night, I had an upset stomach but not a lot of naesua, and the upset stomach continued when I woke up, followed by throwing up three times.

Had the Sirloin Stir-fry and ended up puking my guts out all night and having diarrhea all day the next day. I think ill avoid Applebee's from now on. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
