Had not left my house in over a week. Went to Cotton Patch and WalMart after a brief dr visit. Food was delicious ( meat loaf & veggies) but a few hours later i had vomitting and diarrhea. Diarrhea has lasted over 3 days. Nausea, dizziness, blurred vision. Planning on going to dr tomorrow.

I ordered the chicken fried steak meal and had full repeated vomiting a few hours later through the night. This was Saturday, Nov 4th. I was the only person in our group to order that meal. I am still feeling awful, but getting better on Monday.
