We were on vacation in aboit 5 years ago. Husband started experiancing the symptoms. Next he was hospitalized in Punta Cana. Next we left and he was hospitalized at Lake Wells Hospital in Lake Wells FL for 3 more days., Just Husband, 4 days

We traveled there 6/9/19-6/13/19 my daughter and 4 others were hospitalized with the same symptoms on 6/12.. they were released 6/14/19 I fell ill early morning 6/14 (1am) was hospitalized until 6/16/19 and came home .. down 10lbs .. still not well

I ate and stayed there. Worst food I’ve ever had. Then to top it off, the police pulled us over and demanded money or they said they would have to take us to jail., The symptoms started one day after arriving.
