I believe it was food I ate at this restaurant. 5 of us got sick. All ate salads. My symptoms started about 6 hours after eating.

Four colleagues and I all had salads from there. We al had sudden onset of symptoms including fever, chills, headache, vomiting, diarrhea and more. Every person who had a salad was affected. The other four members of our group who didn’t have salads are fine. Please see…
