Ordered take-out last night. The meal itself was fine, but saved the artichoke dip for today. Within an hour after eating started feeling ill. Muscle cramps. slight nausea, fatigue. It was the only thing I ate for lunch, and only thing I had eaten in the previous 4-6 hours or so.
