I simply ordered a spa salad with no protein for lunch. I woke up about 3am that night with cramps then I had to run to the washroom where I proceeded to be in and out of for the next 72 hours. Diarrhea was severe for three days, Nausea for the first two days and fever on and off for 4 days.
