I went to applebees for lunch on 3/13/2016 and had steak. Everything tasted fine but woke up Monday morning and began to vomit with fever. Very fatigue, nausea and vomiting for 48 hours then the next 48 hours proceed with diarrhea. Still today 03/22/2016 I don't feel 100%.
