Ate The Hawaii’s chicken sandwich around 5pm. 7 hours later I was puking and having major diarrhea with severe abdominal pain. Not other food was eaten after Carl’s Jr. I did not have lunch that day. Ended up being taken via ambulance from my hotel room because I couldn’t move due to being in severe pain and very dehydrated. Will NEVER eat at a Carl’s Jr. Again!!!! | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando
