Ate Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs April 7th, 2015 for lunch (no breakfast or other foods this day). Immediately felt nauseous and continued the entire night. Vomiting started at night. Diarrhea occurred over 10 times the next day. Went to the doctors Wed evening because symptoms did not get better. Ran a bunch of tests and concluded food poison. | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Febre, Vomitando
