On April 10, I visited the drive-through at Chick-fil-A and ordered several items. During that visit, I consumed the side kale salad and a 5-count nugget. These were the only food items I ate that day. Several hours later, I began experiencing severe nausea and stomach cramping, which became so intense that I was unable to eat dinner or function normally . Shortly afterward, I developed diarrhea and vomiting as well. Unfortunately, this went on for over 48 hours and I am just beginning to see signs of improvement (4/12 9pm). This has been extremely uncomfortable and concerning, causing me to be severely dehydrated. I have reached out to the restaurant in hopes that someone will contact me and take precautions to prevent this from happening to anyone else! | Sintomas: Náusea, Diarreia, Vomitando, Dor de estômago
