combo pizza Husband ate about 2 slices of combo pizza plus 2 pepperoni in about less than one hour. I ate 3 slices of combo pizza in between time span of 3 hours. He got diarrhea in about an hour after eating the pizza. I got diarrhea about one hour after eating 2 slices of combo back to back.
